Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear, swimwear, and socks (unless defective).
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable at purchase).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Log in to your account at www.echtapparels.com and go to Order History.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and follow the prompts.
- Print your prepaid return label (if eligible) or use your own shipping method.
- Pack your item securely and include the original invoice.
- Ship your return and wait for confirmation once we process it.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If your desired size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a free return or replacement.
